The 十大网堵平台 社区 College 交通安全 Program is a court-approved course intended to improve your driving skills, 减少未来违反交通法规的可能性, and reduce the chance of you or someone else being killed or injured in a traffic accident.  交通安全计划 allows you to request Court Supervision to avoid having minor traffic offenses appear as a conviction on your driving record.

  1. You have not been convicted of any moving violations in the State of Illinois within 12 months preceding the date of the ticket.
  2. You have not taken the 4-Hour Defensive Driving course within 4 years preceding the issue date of the ticket.

如果你成功完成交通安全计划, the plea of guilty will be reported to the Secretary of State as “Court Supervision” and does not negatively impact your driving record.

You have the option to take the 4-Hour Defensive Driving 交通安全 course online if:

If you fail to complete the training or if you violate a traffic law during court supervision, a conviction will be entered against you and reported to the Secretary of State to be included on your driving record. 您的课程费用将被没收.

  1. The ticket and monies must be delivered to the court not before 10 days and no later than three days prior to your court appearance date.
  2. You are required to complete a National Safety Council Defensive Driving class no later than 120 days from the date of the plea of guilty, 除非巡回法院另有说明.
  3. The 180 days of Court Supervision begins on the day following the plea of guilty.

If you are interested in taking the class at an alternate location, please call 217-875-7211 ext. 6500. You are responsible for submitting a National Safety Council DDC-4 certificate of completion to the circuit court within 120 days of the plea of guilty.
